Online Spare Parts Service

Do you have PLAYMOBIL® sets that have missing or broken parts? Or have you acquired a set second hand that has parts missing. With the PLAYMOBIL® Online Spare Parts Service, you can easily order spare parts. Just select the required spare parts on the product page within the PLAYMOBIL® Online Shop and put them in your Shopping Cart. Or search for spare parts through the section ‘Find spare parts’, using the 8 digit parts number which can be found within the assembly sheet.

The following shipping and service fees apply:

  • up to 13 NOK order value: 35 NOK
  • 13.01 - 43.00 NOK order value: 50 NOK
  • 43.01 - 216 NOK order value: 60 NOK
  • from 216.01 NOK order value upwards: 75 NOK

The delivery time for spare parts is from 2-4 weeks.

If you order regular PLAYMOBIL® products and/or direct service accessories, our regular Conditions of Use will apply. All actions and discounts applicable to the Direct Service and Regular range, do not apply to the online Spare Parts Service.

The contract is made as soon as we confirm your order, ship the ordered parts and if we do not reject it within two weeks after receiving it. Please note that only common household quantities may be ordered. Our Spare Part Service is available for end consumers only. This service is not intended for use by traders and the resale of replacement parts is not permitted. This will result in our withdrawal of all contracts with the buyer. We kindly ask you for your understanding that your online order cannot be combined with an order placed by order form, due to logistical reasons. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange for spare parts that have been ordered in error.

The delivery time of spare part orders is currently about 3 weeks.

The PLAYMOBIL® Online Spare Parts Service offers a range of especially popular spare parts. If you need replacements that are not available online, please contact our Customer Service at service_nordic@playmobil.com . To receive a quote for replacement parts, you will need the 8 digit parts number, which can be found within the assembly sheet. Please keep in mind that we can deliver spare parts from sets that are not older than 4-5 years.

If you do not have the assembly sheet at hand to look for a spare part number, please note that instruction leaflets for PLAYMOBIL® products are available to download on the PLAYMOBIL® website www.playmobil.com (Norway) under Building Instructions. If the manual you require is not available to view online please contact our customer service at service_nordic@playmobil.com. Current product codes can be found at www.playmobil.com (Norway) under Online Shop. If you require the product code for an old set this can be found by visiting www.playmobil.com, selecting the German flag and 'Product Archive' on the left hand bottom of the Homepage.
